Everything you need to know about
To create a card select “Add Card” in the “Drafts” or “Requests” lists.
Once you do this you’ll see the “Guided Request Form”. The AI-powered guided request form will take you through a series of fields and prompts to help you set up your design request with all the necessary details.
If you’ve seen all you need to about how Kimp works, you don’t need to wait the full 7 days of the free trial to upgrade. Just contact us via our live chat at www.kimp.io or by hitting the “support” button in KIMP360 to have your full subscription launched.
If during the trial you realize that Kimp isn’t the right fit for you, you may cancel at any time and you will not be charged anything. Please note, it is your responsibility to cancel your trial if you do not intend to use the service. Otherwise, at the end of your 7 day trial your full subscription will begin and you will be charged your first monthly subscription fee (or your first quarterly, bi-annual or annual subscription fee if you have a longer-term subscription). For more details on Kimp’s Terms Of Service please refer to: https://www.overthegraphics.com/terms-of-services/

We scour the internet for the best options for fonts, photos, icons, videos, animations, and elements. We use a lot of reputable free resources.
And every Kimp Graphics and Kimp Video Subscription ALSO includes 50 stock photos used in your designs from a combination of premium stock photo sites (including 20 from a combination of Adobe Stock and Shutterstock) – that’s an $80 value, every month of your subscription!
This means if you get a Kimp Graphics + Video subscription, your designs will include up to 100 premium stock images (including 40 from a combination of Adobe Stock and Shutterstock) – a $160 value, every month of your subscription.
Whatever the source, we ensure that each element grants the appropriate license for you to use it, as part of your design, as the end-user. If, however, you plan to use your design for resale, please do let us know and we can make sure your design only includes elements that are appropriate for that.
During your trial, you will receive designs with a watermark on it and you will not receive source files and/or print-ready files. After you start a full subscription, you will receive source files and/or print-ready files for all trial work and projects going forward.
For video requests please provide any video files you require edited or enhanced in MOV or MP4 format. The combined total of your video files’ sizes must not be more than 5GB.
Beyond the trial, if your graphic design requests are completed in Photoshop then by default we will provide you with PSD and JPG files. If they’re completed in Illustrator we will provide you with AI and JPG files. If they’re completed in Figma we will provide you with Figma Files. If they’re completed in Adobe XD we will provide you with Adobe XD files. And if they’re completed in InDesign, we’ll provide you with INDD and PDF files.
Beyond the trial by default, your video requests will be delivered to you in MP4 or JPEG (for thumbnails) format, depending on the type of request that you make.
If you need your design files in any particular formats (including MOV or GIF), just let your Project Manager know when you make a request and they’ll provide them in those formats.
